All shipping costs are covered by Lokuttara Public Charitable Trust. There are no charges to the recipients for the delivery of educational materials and resources.

**Tracking and Notifications**

For courier services, tracking information will be provided to recipients via email. Recipients will receive a notification once their item has been shipped, along with an estimated delivery date.

**Address Accuracy**

To ensure timely delivery, recipients are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Lokuttara Public Charitable Trust is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

**Damaged or Lost Items**

In the event that an item is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
